This guide does not apply to users playing on bedrock edition.

Hold tab and locate the highlighted text to figure out your server ID. Be sure to copy this ID exactly as it’s shown when submitting bug reports.

How To Create a Ticket

This is a guide on how to create a Ticket for support or suggestions regarding BloomNetwork.

Step 1: Join the BloomNetwork Discord.

Step 2: Select the tickets chat.

Step 3: Type in “-new” and then type in a reason for your support inquiry.

Step 4: Select your ticket and type in any extra information that could help the staff member answer your inquiry. The staff team will respond to your ticket as soon as possible.

Downloading The 1.12.2 Pack

This is a guide on how to download The 1.12.2 Pack. If support is required, you can join The 1.12.2 Pack discord.

It’s recommended your PC has 8 GB of RAM/Memory to run The 1.12.2 Pack.

Step 1: Download and install Technic Launcher.

Step 2: Download and install Java SE 8. Be sure to download the right version for your operating system and architecture. If support is needed, you can join The 1.12.2 Pack discord and as for assistance.

Step 3: Run Technic Launcher and select the “Modpacks” tab.

Step 4: Search “The 1.12.2 Pack” in the “Add Pack or Search” bar.

Step 5: Select “Install” and wait for the installation to complete.

Step 6: Select “Launcher Options” on the top right.

Step 7: Select “Java Settings.”

Step 8: Select 6 or 7 GB on the drop-down menu for “Memory” and then exit out of “Launcher Options.”

Step 9: Click the play button. Remember, The 1.12.2 Pack may freeze during startup but don’t close The 1.12.2 Pack as it can take as long as 10 minutes for The 1.12.2 Pack to start entirely.
